At BMG Architect, we are passionate about the thoughtful placement of houses, ensuring they harmonize with natural features and sun exposures for beauty and efficiency. In our latest design, the long rear side of the Pomona NY house faces south, allowing for direct sunlight in the public spaces with stunning views of the pool and the landscape beyond. The site’s steep slope to the west presented an opportunity for a striking infinity pool with a waterfall cascading over a glass wall into a decorative pool below. This dramatic feature enhances the home’s connection to the landscape.
